Job Summary
As the face of Thunderzone, you set the tone for every guest's visit! This role is perfect for a multitasker who loves interacting with people. You’ll handle everything from greeting guests and answering phones to selling lane time, golf simulator sessions, and arcade cards. You are the "Air Traffic Controller" of the building—ensuring lane tables are clean, shoes and balls are sanitized, and arcade players are getting their prizes at the redemption counter. If you are organized, friendly, and don't mind staying active with general cleaning and building maintenance, this is the spot for you!
Responsibilities
- Guest Services & Sales

Warm Welcome & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, greeting everyone with a friendly, professional demeanor and handling incoming phone inquiries with efficiency.

Transaction Management: Process sales for lane time, golf simulator sessions, arcade cards, and other attractions using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately.

Proactive Guest Support: Assist guests with attraction information, booking questions, and troubleshooting any immediate concerns to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure.

- Facility Coordination & Operations

Attraction Flow: Monitor the activity level of the building, managing lane assignments and simulator queues to keep traffic moving smoothly throughout the facility.

Redemption Counter Operations: Manage the prize redemption counter, assisting guests with their arcade rewards and maintaining an organized prize inventory.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all rental equipment—including bowling balls and rental shoes—is properly sanitized and returned to its designated area after each use.

- Housekeeping & Facility Upkeep

Maintaining Standards: Conduct routine floor walks to ensure all areas, including lane tables, seating, and common spaces, are kept clean, tidy, and guest-ready at all times.

General Maintenance: Perform light, ongoing building maintenance tasks as needed to uphold a safe and welcoming environment.

Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a safe environment by following all established cleaning protocols and keeping workspaces free of hazards.

Qualifications
- To succeed as our Guest Service Associate, we are looking for high-energy individuals who are ready to dive into the action. Here is what we need from you:
Core Requirements-
Age: Must be at least 16–18 years of age.

Effective Communication: Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and professionally with both guests and teammates.

Physicality: Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and move comfortably through a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Availability & Requirements (Mandatory)
We are a "Peak-Time" business. To be considered, you must meet the following availability:

Late Nights: Willingness to work until 11:00 PM (Sun–Thurs) and until 1:00 AM (Fri–Sat).

Holidays: Availability to work all major holidays (we are open when the fun is happening!).

Flexibility: Openness to a rotating schedule including weekends and opening shifts.

Compensation: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
